Stopped here this weekend while snowmobiling. Top notch pizza, drinks and service. Small but friendly place. Have been going here for about 15 years now in the winter and it is always a must stop on our snowmobile trips. Friday Fish Fry is very good and even though it is all you can eat not many people have to ask for seconds due to the amount of food you get on your first plate. Thanks again Chuck and Nancy.

Food and waitress were great. Chuck was very rude. Stopped here twice snowmobiling... 1st time was rudely told to move from the bar to accommodate karaoke. 2nd time was even more rude while trying to put tables together for a large group. Hopefully he doesn't treat his regulars this way. Other than that, good food for riding snowmobiles.

This place is a bit off the beaten path, but they make above average food for the area. They are one of the few places that still serve Pork Tenderloin sandwiches, which are great! Their walleye has always been very good, both the sandwiches and the dinner entree. Thursday and Saturday nights are Karaoke nights, and these are a lot of fun. Even if you're not a regular, you can get a chance to sing 3 or 4 songs each night. The owners are very nice and friendly (usually the cook and the bartender/waitress), and you just get a good feeling being there. They have an assortment of video games, and a crane game for the kids. TVs are visible only in the bar, so if you want to watch a game during your meal, you'll need to sit in the bar area.

For being one of the only bars nearest to Star Lake, it was alright. We had heard their fish fry on Friday's was a must, and unfortunately you have to be there very early. We waited almost 2 hours to be seated. I would not wait for the fish fry again, but I would probably order it if there was no wait. It's a very small place. One of the owners, Nancy, was very nice and friendly, but the other bartenders didn't pay attention to you. My friend ordered a drink and said it was horrible and had to add about 8 limes. Overall, it's just alright.
